We reserve the right to change availability of items, pricing, and our terms and conditions at any time. In the event that a listed item has been discontinued or is on backorder, we will ship out a compatible replacement or newer version of that item. If there is no substitute item available, we will notify the customer.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an incorrect price was listed for any item on TST Water, LLC, We shall have the right to cancel the order for the product listed and will notify the customer.

Images

We strive to do our best to list the appropriate image per product listing, but they are for reference to the product only. The image shown in some cases will only be a representation and may not be the actual item itself.

Placing an Order

All orders placed with TST Water, LLC. constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditioned listed on TST Water, LLC. All prices, items, details and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays, however as some items may be out of stock or back ordered by the manufacterer, the item will be shipped as soon as possible. If the shipment is delayed for over 10 business days, the customer will be notified. If you received damaged shipment, please notify info@tstwater.comwithin 48 hours upon receiving the package. We will report a claim to the shipping company and the company will issue a damaged call tag and return the item to us. Do not send the damaged items back at your own expense.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all California orders unless a valid resale card is on file.  All other states will not be subjected to sales tax.
